This emission controls bypass manual's pupose is to advise you of the most direct way to substsancially increase gas mileage, driveability, and performance without radically modifying the engine or its accessories and to do it without seriously increasing its emissions.

This manual is being made available as a reference should the government move forward with any plans requiring even these antique vehicles to pass emissions and have their original emission control components intact. The original photos in this manual were extremely poor, and have been enhanced as much as possible.
